Vonage has a problem and its getting worse. expanded ridiculed for poor customer service and awful quality now they’ve chosen to take the non-comment approach when they get asked about that by a writer from the New York Times of all places.

Last I recall Vonage was based in the metro New York City area….whether you can’t be friendly with the customers or the backyard media that says a lot to me these days.
